The extruder sets different temperatures due to different materials, the following are the processing temperatures of various extruded materials:
A, PP, PE materials are generally extruded at temperatures between 150℃-230℃;
B. PVC core wire materials are generally extruded at temperatures between 130℃-190℃;
C. PVC outer quilts are generally extruded at temperatures between 120℃-160℃;
D. PU materials are generally extruded at temperatures between 150℃-220℃.
A. Use the rotation of the screw to shear the rubber and make the rubber flow from the feed port to the direction of the machine head;
B. The feeding area of the extruder preheats the rubber material and continuously feeds the raw materials forward, and at the same time excludes the water in the material during the process;
C. The compression zone mainly further heats the raw materials pushed from the feed zone to completely gelatinize the rubber compound and fully mix it to enrich the rubber compound;
D. The metering area mainly further mixes the raw materials in the compression area to make the rubber more uniform, so as to ensure that the rubber is pushed forward with a constant volume and pressure;
E. The perforated plate mainly changes the material flow from rotating to linear flow, and supports the filter screen to filter the unmelted rubber particles and impurities in the rubber, and at the same time increases the extruded internal pressure, so as to achieve the residence time of the rubber in the barrel Completely melted;
F. The material flow is diverted through the machine head, and the required shape is extruded from the die.
