Fire-retardant and flame-retardant are generally not flame-retardant, which is easy to cause hidden dangers and unsafe factors in the project, and can not meet the user's use effect and use standards. 4. Pay attention to the key indicators for the selection of insulation materials.
① Thermal conductivity: due to the selection of different materials, different thermal conductivity is produced. Due to the selection of materials with higher water absorption rate, the thermal conductivity of dry bulk density and wet bulk density differ greatly. High-quality materials are generally 0.028-0.030 (W/m.k) as the selection standard for thermal insulation; 0.038-0.042 (W/m.k) materials generally have large thermal conductivity values and poor energy-saving effects, which cannot reach the 65% energy saving standard.
② Apparent density and compressive strength: The general XPS bulk density is ≥30-38kg/m3, which is the industry standard value, which not only achieves thermal insulation performance but also achieves ideal compressive strength. The difference is that it is not that the heavier or lighter the product, the better, but that the product has a high foaming ratio and good compressive strength, which is one of the ideal product choices.
③ Dimensional change rate: The dimensional change rate comes from the relationship between the material foaming material and the expansion ratio and density. Good products have low dimensional change rate, small shrinkage and strong stability.
④Water vapor permeability coefficient: open pores, semi-open pores and completely closed pores form different moisture absorption rates and different water vapor permeability coefficients.
