Barrel screw processing technology requirements:
(1) Technical requirements for barrel quality:
①The barrel is made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloy steel. At present, 38CrMoAl, 400 or 45# steel is mostly used in China.
② The cylinder blank should be forged to shape.
③The barrel should be tempered after rough machining, hardness HB=260~290.
④After machining the barrel, the wall thickness should be uniform, and the machining accuracy of the inner hole should be in accordance with the 7-level accuracy in the GB1184 standard.
⑤ The surface of the inner hole should be nitrided, and the depth of the nitrided layer should be in the range of 0.40~0.70mm. Surface hardness HV≥950.
⑥The roughness of the surface of the inner hole should be no more than 1.6pm after finishing.
(2) Screw quality technical requirements:
①The screw blank is formed by forging 38CrMoAl or 40Cr alloy steel.
②The screw should be tempered after rough machining, hardness 118=260~290.
③ The precision of the outer circle after finishing the screw should meet the h8 level accuracy requirement in GB1801-79.
④ The roughness Ra value of the screw thread part is not more than 1.6um on both sides of the thread, and the groove bottom surface and outer circle of the thread are not more than 0.8/um.
