Bending forming is only suitable for solid foam board, hollow foam board is not suitable; the processing method is to use the upper and lower molds, cover the wooden mold surface with aluminum plate and heat the solid foam board to the plasticizing temperature of 70~90℃ In the meantime, the shape of the foam board surface is directly extruded by the upper and lower dies without any change.
3. When extruded PVC is manufactured, the surface can be printed with different grains of wood according to the requirements, which can save unnecessary processing procedures.

The surface of the PVC foam board can be painted, and the general categories can be divided into general baking paint, piano baking paint, and ceramic baking paint according to different processing methods; anti-UV components are added to the piano baking paint processing to avoid surface color changes; In terms of surface hardness, ceramic baking paint is also used as an excellent anti-scratching advantage.
Extruded board has high density and high strength. The deformation stress of the extruded board due to its own deformation and temperature difference deformation is large. The thin plastering system of the point-frame sticky extruded board has a thermal conductivity difference of 31 times between the polymer plastering mortar and the extruded board. The difference between the linear expansion coefficient of the surface mortar and the extruded plastic board is large, and the temperature of the outer surface of the external wall changes greatly in summer. After a long period of exposure, the rain drops suddenly, resulting in thermal stress, which causes the difference in the deformation rate of the adjacent materials. Thermal expansion and contraction, long-term in a state of unstable thermal expansion and contraction movement, so that the shear force between the polymer mortar and the extruded board, affecting the bond strength between them. Cracking and hollowing are the strength of the surface layer and cannot withstand humidity stress.
