1. Before using and installing the pipe, you should carefully check whether the pipe is damaged during loading, unloading and transportation. If you find defective pipes such as damaged cracks and deformation, you should promptly remove the pipe that will not be used or cut the damaged part, and the remaining good part will be treated. Make auxiliary facilities such as observation wells and water collection ports for spare production.
Second, the excavation of the trench and the foundation should pay attention to: 1. The width of the trench bottom should add an additional length of about 0.5 to 0.6 meters according to the width of the pipe to facilitate personnel to carry out construction on both sides of the pipeline. 2. Drainage measures should be taken during trench excavation to prevent the trench bottom from being soaked by water due to infiltration of water or rainwater. 3. It is best to use a gravel cushion as the foundation for the pipeline foundation. For general soil foundations, the thickness is 0.1 meters; for soft soil foundations, the thickness is not less than 0.2 meters. 3. Lower the pipe into the groove. The depth of the groove can be lifted manually by 1 to 2 meters. 4. Interface operation The installation position of the rubber sealing ring should be in the groove between the second and third corrugations of the socket. The number of installed sealing rings depends on the design requirements. When two sealing rings are used, it is recommended that the two sealing rings be separated by one ripple. Before the interface, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the socket with a rag, put a sealing ring on the socket, and apply soap or detergent to the working surface and rubber ring surface of the socket. Align the centerline of the socket with manpower or set a wooden baffle to slowly insert the installed pipe into the socket until the bottom. After the interface is completed, the reserved groove will be filled with the same soil quality immediately. The socket pipe should be installed with the socket in the direction of the water flow and the socket in the direction of the water flow, from the downstream to the upstream. The pipeline should be laid in a straight line, and the allowable turning angle of the axis of two adjacent pipelines should generally not be greater than 2 degrees. In order to prevent the position of the axis of the pipeline that has been arranged when the interface is closed, a pipe stabilization measure must be adopted. 5. Attention should be paid to backfilling the soil: 1. The axillary corner should be filled with medium sand and coarse sand first. 2. The foundation should be within 0.7m above the pipe top groove.
