After the slurry as the pore material is destroyed, the slurry becomes a protective barrier for the prestressed steel in the prestressed concrete structure. Plastic bellows is a new type of pore material. Compared with metal bellows, it has the following advantages:
The prestressed plastic corrugated pipe is non-conductive and can prevent stray current from corroding, and metal is a good conductor of electricity;
The prestressed plastic corrugated pipe has good hard work performance, which can greatly improve the performance of the components;
HDPE is the raw material for prestressed plastic corrugated pipes. Its corrosion resistance is much better than that of metal, it is not afraid of acid and alkali corrosion, and it is non-corrosive, and it can keep the prestressed tendons from corrosion. Many prestressed structures are severely affected by external factors, such as deicing and salt water. The pre-stressed tendons have corrosion effects on post-tensioned components due to the breakage of the waterproof layer, the leakage of cracks, the blockage or failure of drainage devices and other reasons. "Prestressed tendon grouting", the corrosion resistance that metal pipes do not have, cannot resist water leakage, and cannot resist reaching the slurry and prestressed tendons. However, the pre-stressed plastic corrugated pipe has a better anti-corrosion protection for the pre-stressed tendons than the metal corrugated pipe, and prevents harmful substances from penetrating into the pipeline from pollution, thereby ensuring that the post-tensioned pre-stressed structure has better durability;

Equivalent analysis shows that the friction coefficient of the pre-stressed plastic bellows is significantly smaller than that of the metal bellows, thereby reducing the friction loss of the pre-stressed plastic bellows during the tensioning process. Generally speaking, the friction coefficient of plastic bellows is 0.14, while the friction coefficient of metal bellows is 0.25; the prestressed plastic bellows has high strength, is not subject to stepping pressure, is not easy to be smashed by vibration, and its sealing performance is good. Anti-seepage performance is better than metal bellows, more suitable for vacuum grouting
