Method / Step
Lamp bead patch: As the name suggests, the patch is to attach the LED lamp bead to the circuit board. This process is completed by the placement machine. After the patch is completed, the lamp bead attached to the circuit board is firmly welded by reflow soldering. So as not to fall off. This is the first step.
Lamp assembly: After patching, dip the circuit board with the lamp beads on the heat dissipation aluminum profile of the LED lamp tube. This process can be fixed by screws, thermal silicone pads, and thermal paste. The quality of the LED tube made is better. This process is to fix on the aluminum profile, and the thermal energy can be transferred to the aluminum profile as much as possible through the thermal conductive silicone pad or thermal paste. Then connect the terminal board of the circuit board to the LED power supply, wrap the LED power supply in an insulating sleeve and install it in the aluminum profile, and then cover the PC cover and the plug. At this time, the bare lamp of the LED lamp tube is formed. This is the second step.
Quality test: After the naked lamp is formed, it is half successful. The next thing we have to do is to do the following tests to test whether the quality of the product is OK, and test the parameters: LED lamp power, luminous flux, color temperature, color rendering index, power factor, etc., to see if it meets the requirements of the instructions during production. The equipment needed to test these parameters is the integrating sphere and power meter. Of course, if the customer has strict requirements, you can use a widely distributed index meter to test, such test results are more authoritative. If you meet the requirements, then congratulations to you that a qualified product was born. If the test result fails, then sorry to rework. For example, if the power is not correct, it is necessary to analyze whether the power supply matches; if the brightness is not enough, it is necessary to analyze whether the selected lamp beads have quality problems; if there is a phenomenon of dead lights, then the dead lamp beads must be replaced; if the color temperature If it is not qualified, the problem will be big, and all the work will be wasted; these circumstances will greatly affect the yield of the factory products, so all materials must be analyzed and tested before incoming materials and production to reduce these low-level errors. happened. After completing this step, a qualified LED tube came out.
Destruction test: After completing step 3, can the product be packaged and shipped? Certainly not possible, because there is another important destructive test to be done, in general, free fall test from more than 1 meter, and vibration test, these two tests can give LED lamps with hidden quality to Check it out.
