Feasibility analysis report of PVC crust foamed board productsFeasibility analysis report of PVC crust foamed board products
1. Definition of WPC;
Wood-plastic composite materials are mainly composed of sawdust, wood chips, bamboo chips, straw, wheat oranges, bran, peanut shells, bagasse, coconut shells, and hemp. A new type of environmentally friendly materials.
English name of wood plastic: Wood-plastic Composites, abbreviated WPC
2. The characteristics of wood-plastic;
2.1 Recycling of raw materials
A large part of its biomass materials can be fully utilized, with a wide range of sources and low value; the requirements for plastic components are not high, and the old materials
It can be mixed or mixed, which fully reflects the comprehensive utilization and effective utilization of resources.
2.2 Product plasticization
Wood-plastic products are artificial integral synthetic products, which can be randomly adjusted according to the requirements of the product process and formula to produce
For materials with different properties and shapes, the profile utilization rate is close to 100%.
2.3 Use of environmental protection
The wood/plastic base materials and common additives of wood-plastic materials are environmentally safe, non-toxic and harmless.
There will be side effects, so it does not pose any harm to the human body and the environment.
2.4 Plastic Economics
WPC products have realized the transfer of low-value materials to high-value-added products. Not only the maintenance cost is extremely low, but the product life is several times that of ordinary natural wood. Comprehensive comparison has obvious economic advantages.
100% of the waste and recycled products of wood-plastic materials can be recycled without affecting the performance of the products. It can truly realize the circular economy model of "reduction, regeneration, and recycling".
3. The advantages of wood-plastic
3.1 Has excellent physical and chemical properties, has a wood-like appearance, is better than wood in dimensional stability, does not produce cracks, warpage, no wood knots, twill, can add colorants, film or composite surface to make various products , Higher hardness than plastic, long service life;
3.2 Secondary processing similar to wood, can be sawed, planed, glued, fixed with nails or screws, easy to maintain;
3.3 It has plastic moldability, easy processing, and the product cost is lower than similar plastic products;
3.4 Moth-proof, rat-bite-proof, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and low water absorption;
3.5 The product can be recycled and reused, and can also be specially degraded, which is environmentally friendly.
Because the wood-plastic composite material has the duality of wood and plastic, it has a very wide range of uses.
Second, the current status of domestic wood resources and the country's plastic wood industrialization policy;
1. Current status of China's timber resources
China is a country with an abnormal shortage of timber resources. Its forest coverage and per capita timber share are shown in Table 1 and Table 2.

2. Overview of the development of China's wood-plastic industry
According to incomplete statistics, by 2006, there were 150 enterprises and institutions directly from the R&D and production of wood-plastic materials in the country.
The annual output of wood-plastic products is close to 100,000 tons. Experts predict that if China can recycle 1.5 million tons per year around 2010
Waste plastics are used to produce wood-plastic products, the annual output can reach nearly 10 million tons, and the resulting industrial added value can reach 800
100 million yuan. The test samples of the main technical representative enterprises in the industry have reached or exceeded the international first pass level. The distribution of China's wood-plastic industry and the application areas of wood-plastic products are shown in Figures 1 and 2;

3. China WPC Industrialization Policy
The National Development and Reform Commission has included "technical development of wood-based composite materials" as an encouraging project in the "Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2005)". The General Office of the State Council also issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion of Wood Conservation and Substitute Work" to the twelve ministries and commissions including the National Reform Commission at the end of 2005, requesting that "strengthen policy guidance and increase technical support" to save and substitute wood. As an important part of improving the comprehensive utilization of preferential policies, the National Development and Reform Commission took the lead, and jointly with the relevant departments to study and propose the "Timber Saving and Substitution Technology Policy Outline", comprehensive use of financial, tax, price and other economic levers to encourage the development of wood conservation and substitution, restrict Reasonable production, use and waste of wood.
For China, the wood-plastic industry will be a win-win industry. On the one hand, there is a shortage of high-quality wood in China, and a large number of agricultural special straws are produced every year, but the comprehensive utilization rate is less than 10%. The emergence of wood-plastic materials can not only use a large number of crop straws, but also effectively alleviate the contradiction of the shortage of forest resources; On the other hand, the recycling of waste plastics is also a big problem in China, which has always been concerned by the industry, and wood-plastic materials have undoubtedly found the best way out for waste.
