What Is PVC WPC Foam Board?
PVC WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) foam board is a rigid, lightweight, closed-cell foam sheet produced by extruding a specialised compound of PVC resin, calcium carbonate filler, wood flour, chemical foaming agent, stabiliser, and lubricant system.
Core advantages over solid wood, MDF, and plywood include complete waterproofing, termite resistance, zero formaldehyde emissions, easy machining, and excellent paintability — making it a preferred substrate in furniture, interior fit-out, and signage.

- ✔ PVC resin K-65/K-67: 100 phr
- ✔ Calcium carbonate (400–800 mesh): 30–80 phr
- ✔ Wood/bamboo flour (for WPC grades): 10–30 phr
- ✔ Ca-Zn stabiliser: 4–7 phr
- ✔ Chemical foaming agent (ADC): 0.3–1.2 phr
- ✔ ACR processing aid: 2–5 phr
