PET ROUND MONOFILAMENT PRODUCTION LINE

PET round monofilament production line The unit is mainly composed of an extruder, a wig PET round monofilament machine, a spinneret head, a 7-roll drawing machine, an oven, and a winding machine.

This machine can be used not only for PET round monofilament, but also for PE, PP, PVC, PA and other plastic production round monofilament. Production process flow: raw material drying → main machine extrusion round monofilament → cooling in cold water tank → (traction 1) roller stretching → hot water tank electrothermal treatment stretching → (traction 2) roller stretching → oiler → double station winder
