Fiber-reinforced PVC hose has the advantages of pressure resistance, acid and alkali resistance, softness, lightness and transparency. It has been widely used in various mechanical equipment, household appliances (such as washing machines, showers), and water transportation in agriculture, gardens, chemicals, etc. And gas pipelines can partially replace metal pipes, rubber pipes and ordinary plastic pipes.
Fiber-reinforced PVC hose is formed by extrusion. The product structure is composed of three layers. The inner and outer layers of the pipe wall are soft pvc, and the middle layer is a grid wound by chemical fibers.
The production equipment of hose is composed of extruder (two sets), winding machine, traction machine, etc. First, all kinds of raw materials are formulated and granulated according to the formula. Add the pellets to the first extruder and extrude the inner tube. After the fiber mesh is wound on the surface of the inner layer tube, it enters the second extruder after preheating, covering the outer layer tube. The main production process is as follows:
Fiber-reinforced PVC hose can use vinylon or polyester as the winding fiber. The number of fiber strands and the number of woven spindles should be adjusted according to the hose pressure resistance requirements and the different pipe diameters.
The basic formula of PVC pellets for fiber reinforced hoses is as follows:

In the formulation, the plasticizer is mainly DOP, an appropriate amount of epoxy soybean oil can be added to improve thermal stability, and DOS is added to improve cold resistance. The stabilizer can be selected from Ba-Ca-Zn composite stabilizer. According to the needs of use, ultraviolet absorbers, anti-fogging agents, etc. can be added. For non-toxic hoses, non-toxic PVC resin and non-toxic additives should be used. A hose that does not require transparency. To reduce costs, calcium carbonate fillers can be added.
