The simplest solution is to add 1-2 1mm thick insulation gaskets between the feeding section and the second section of the cylinder, and replace the insulation gaskets once every few years, because the insulation gaskets have aging and degradation The tendency to stretch.
Replace the cooling system of the extruder with a high-pressure cooling system. We know that turbulence in the pump can cause more tube wall heat exchange than laminar flow. Turbulence in high-pressure transmission has a high degree of lateral momentum exchange, which breaks the boundary layer. The resulting violent fluid movement caused a much greater thermal communication between the tube wall and the fluid.
Extruder cooling circulation system generally supplies 20-60psi pressure. In order to reach turbulence, it is best to reach a pressure of 120 psi. Extruder almost all cooling system components hoses and valves must be upgraded to 150psi, in order to meet the safety factor of 120PSI. After the transformation is completed, the cooling system can discharge a lot of heat in time.
