1. Usage & scope of application
This production line is mainly used to produce PVC door & window profile,
board, micro-foaming profile and micro-foaming decoration board, etc. for
example, PVC plastic-steel door & window, PVC buckle plate, PVC slot, PVC
hollow grid plate, etc. What’s more, after proper modification this production
line can be used to produce PE or PVC wood-plastic profile, wood-plastic floor
board, construction formwork etc. Our company has coordinated service for all
machines, moulds and formula, etc.
2. Machine composition & characteristics
Our profile production line has may advantages such as unique structure, high
automation, easy to operate and continuous production stable and reliable, etc.
Production flow chart: raw material → conical twin-screw extruder → profile
mould → vacuum setting table→ tractor → cutter → stacker
Main characteristics:
Extruding machine: conical twin-screw extruder is used to ensure high output
and efficiency. Many advanced technologies are adopted such as Omron
temperature control meter and frequency speed control. The auxiliary equipments
such as vacuum pump and hauling motor are all top quality ones. Different
products can be produced by changing moulds.
