PET FLAT MONOFILAMENT PRODUCTION LINE

PET flat monofilament production line The unit is mainly composed of an extruder, a wig PET flat monofilament machine, a spinneret head, a 7-roll drawing machine, an oven, and a winding machine.

This machine can be used not only for PET flat monofilament, but also for PE, PP, PVC, PA and other plastic production flat monofilament. It can produce a variety of specifications of monofilament products. The flat monofilament produced can be used for such purposes as false hair, false eyelashes, industrial mesh, fishing net, toothbrush, broom, container bag sling, etc.

Production process flow: raw material drying → main machine extrusion flat monofilament → cooling in cold water tank → (traction 1) roller stretching → hot water tank electrothermal treatment stretching → (traction 2) roller stretching → oiler → double station winder
